Located at 33, rue Basse in Steinsel, APPIA Residence is set in a privileged residential environment in the heart of the Alzette Valley.

17 Months to Bring the Project to Life

Construction work began on January 24, 2025. After just 17 months of construction, the 8 apartments were handed over to their owners in June 2026.

This timeframe reflects careful planning, precise coordination between the different trades and close monitoring of every stage of the construction process. From the first earthworks to the final finishes, each phase was carried out with the same high standards, ensuring quality while keeping to the project schedule.

Controlled Energy Performance

APPIA Residence has an AB energy rating and is equipped with a heat pump and photovoltaic panels, combining comfort, energy efficiency and controlled energy consumption.

The quality and airtightness of the building envelope were also checked with a final Blower Door Test, achieving an excellent result of 0.3 h⁻¹. This very high level of airtightness reflects the care taken during construction and the quality of the workmanship.

Interiors Designed Together with the Owners

Particular attention was also given to the personalisation of the interiors. The owners were able to take part in choosing the layouts, textures, materials and colours, allowing them to create spaces that truly reflect their tastes and lifestyle.

Thanks to a specification that already included a wide range of finishes and equipment, many options were available from the beginning. This allowed the owners to express their creativity and personalise their homes while keeping costs under control and avoiding significant increases beyond the initial budget.

Each apartment was therefore able to develop its own identity while maintaining the overall architectural consistency and quality of the project.
