The two houses (lot 01 and lot 02) will be built at 4, Burgaass, L-8522 Beckerich.

Passive houses (energy class A-A-A) built with very high performance insulating blocks of the POROTON type (without insulating facade of expanded polystyrene).

The orientation of the land is particularly favourable, with the rear part of the houses with terraces and gardens facing south.

The unobstructed view of the fields in front of the houses gives you a holiday feeling all year round.

The guidelines for the functionality of the houses can be summarized as follows:

ground floor: garage for two cars, a hall, the boiler room, a cellar and a laundry room

1st floor: spacious living room, an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a kitchen open onto a dining room, large rear terrace overlooking the garden
2nd floor:night hall, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Beckerich, is a town in Luxembourg and the capital of the municipality of the same name located in the west of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the canton of Redange.

The commune of Beckerich borders on Oberpallen on the Belgian border. To the south it is bordered by a chain of hills, the highest points of which are the Kuelebierg and the Kräizerbuch. From here, a slightly rugged landscape, with the heights of the Oesling in the distance, stretches before your eyes.

Large wooded areas with unspoilt nature invite you to hike. The town of Redange, which is about 6 km away, charms with its many shops, restaurants, banks, medical centre and shopping centre (Oberpallen).

Beckerich has a primary school, a holiday home and nurseries. The Atert secondary school is located nearby in Redange.
